Our history
Founded in 1968 as Talleres Metalúrgicos Vitale Hnos, the company was established in Buenos Aires with a clear focus: manufacturing quality metal replacement parts for industry. In its early years, work centered on the oil sector, which demanded high-strength, dimensionally precise components.
Over the following decades, the company incorporated CNC machining technology, dimensional control equipment, and specialized technical personnel. The transition from an artisanal workshop to an ISO-certified industrial plant was gradual but sustained.
Today, as Vitalmet S.A., the company maintains its headquarters in Buenos Aires and serves three strategic sectors: oil & gas, mining, and LNG. The ability to manufacture under API 11B standard and the flexibility to produce custom parts from client drawings are core pillars of our value proposition.
Our facility
We operate CNC machining equipment, conventional and special lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, certified welding equipment, and metrological control instruments. The plant is organized to handle both serial production and custom one-off pieces.
