ISO quality management system
Vitalmet operates under a certified ISO quality management system that covers all manufacturing processes: from raw material reception to final inspection and shipment. The system ensures traceability for every part, periodic calibration of measuring instruments, and complete documentation for every production order.
API 11B standard manufacturing
Pup joints are manufactured under API Spec 11B, which establishes dimensional, material, and inspection requirements. Standard manufacturing involves specific controls at each stage: raw material verification, machining control, final dimensional inspection, and, when applicable, non-destructive testing.

Metrological control
We have calibrated measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, comparators, gauges) with traceability to national standards. Critical measurements are recorded in the inspection certificates that accompany each shipment.
